Subsequently, I pursued postgraduate studies in Belgium, in European Studies (ULB) and in Culture and Development Studies (KU Leuven). My experience there, through NGOs and positions at the European Commission (Blue Book Trainee) and the European Parliament, allowed me to see up close how European policies and values are put into practice and to better understand how the Union operates.
My desire to deepen my research led me to Queen Mary University of London, where I completed my PhD in 2020, examining the factors that make it difficult to achieve policy objectives in a system of multi-level governance. Since then, I have been collaborating with universities and research centers in Greece and abroad, as teaching and research staff.
Since 2021, I have the pleasure of teaching at the Department of International and European Studies, returning to a place that shaped me and continues to inspire me. It is a distinct honor to collaborate with colleagues who were once my professors and to support new students who share the same love for Political Science. I hope, through my teaching, to pass on to them the curiosity, the love for learning, and the international perspective that the Department gifted me when I was in their position.
