Constantinos (Costas) Koliopoulos is Professor of International Relations and Strategic Studies at the Department of International and European Studies, Piraeus University, Greece.
He graduated from the Department of Political Science and International Studies, Panteion University, in September 1993 with a grade of “Excellent”. In January 1997 he was awarded the degree of PhD in Strategic Studies from Lancaster University, Great Britain.
Since 1998 he has been teaching Strategic Studies in a number of higher Greek military academies. He is Professor and Honorary Lecturer at the Hellenic National Defense College.
